Office / Accounts Manager
About the Role:
This role is 'hands-on' and reports to the Managing Director. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and accounts, you will perform general office management duties, organise travel and accommodation, and manage office supplies and mail services. Responsibilities will also include bookkeeping including data capture, reconciliations, invoicing and analysis of financial data.
Skills required:
Advanced skills in MYOB (including payroll) and MS Office are essential, together with excellent written and verbal communication. You will be well presented, flexible, proactive and have the ability to manage upwards and prioritise tasks effectively. This role will suit a highly organised, self-starter who enjoys being part of a busy small team.

Executive Assistant to Deputy Principal
About the Role:
You will be working with the Deputy Principal, Business Manager and Head of the Leadership team, organising diaries, meetings and their agendas. There will be a small amount of HR duties involved where discretion will be paramount. You will be liaising with other EA's in the smooth running of the office and the school, although working very closely and mainly with the Deputy Principal who is a delight.
Skills required:
At least 8-10 years experience working at a senior EA level is essential. Advanced MS Office, excellent written and oral communication and a strong organising ability with a calm down to earth manner. A HR background would be an advantage. An interest or background in education would be ideal, but not essential.
